Settings and Transfer Wizard Unavailable in SBS 2008 Domain

I recently migrated SBS 2003 to SBS 2008 and now the XP Pro SP3 clients
cannot run the settings and transfer wizard. The option is disabled
(assumingly by SBS 2008 which has proved to be a real bully on the network!).
The few Vista Ultimate clients can use their Easy Transfer, albeit I never
actually completed the process. It is old and new XP Pro clients that I want
to transfer.

The FTW doesnt always work as it should from xp tools,try running the FTW
from the xp cd,this usually always works as it should..Run from cd both
collecting
& abstracting the data...
