I've got a presentation I've been working on in PP XP. I've been
sending my updated files, through email to someone else all week and
haven't had any problems. But now, he's getting the files with some
words out of whack. I've tried changing all kinds of things and sent
it to several different computers but it's still doing the same thing.
And I can't replicate it on my computer. The other computers have the
correct fonts installed, so I know that's not the problem and I don't
think it's a display problem on the computer. There seems to be a
problem with the file. Any ideas? This pres needs to be done by
tomorrow morning.

This has been know to happen. Put your files into an envelope (ZIP File)
This seems to make things a little easier.

What do you mean "out of whack"? Remember, we can't see what you see, so you
have to describe it.

How do you know the other systems have the correct fonts installed? On the
problem machines, did you try Format|Replace Fonts to see if any of the
fonts have ? showing beside them?
