File will not open

Cannot open a file in Family Tree Creator Deluxe. It is my primary file
containing over 3000 individuals. The program will open, but when I try to
open the file I get the below error message. I have uninstalled and installed
the program and the file will not open. I installed the program on another
computer and tried to open the file through my network and received the same
Error Message. I tried to open a copy of the file from an external hard drive
and recieved the Error Message again. Other files in the program work fine.
Below is the Error Message and the Error Message Contents.

Mindscape Family Tree Creator Deluxe - Application Prog has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
