File Upload

Creating a File Upload form in FrontPage 2003 is giving me a problem. I have
read everything available on this process, which should be quite simple. I
have followed all of the steps, but I still receive an error message when
trying to use the Upload.

Yes, my server has the Front Page Server Extensions.

Is there some other kind of permission that I must give for users to upload
documents? Or is there something that must be enabled on the server? My
network guy is at a loss, too.

I receive two different error messages:
FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.
Webmaster: please see the server's application event log for more details.
or
Page not found

When I check the server application event log, this is what I see:
OS Error #13 Message: Permission Denied

Thanks in advance,

Has your host enabled the feature on the remote server (some don't or won't)
and given it the proper permissions?

Yes, Tom, I checked with the network guy today. The extensions have been
enabled on both the server and the website.
Any other ideas?

Yes, this is the document I used when creating the File Upload form.
Any other ideas would be deeply appreciated!

Extensions being enabled have nothing to do with the feature being
activated.

Has the file upload and permissions been set on the server?

Also, is it a Windows server?

Tom, where is this done? Is it something I must do through FrontPage, or is
this a network setting? And what should the settings be? Perhaps this is
finally getting close to the problem. Thanks so much!
