File Upload FP2002 - upload works but email and confirm don't

Hi:

I'm trying to get the File Upload thing to work in FP2002. I set up a form
using the directions. The form works and uploads the file, but it doesn't
send the email notification or display the confirmation page when done.

All I get is the very informative error message:
FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.


Webmaster: please see the server's application event log for more details.

The form is at www.pctype.com/upload.htm

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

This looks like a server configuration issue. Contact
your host, give them the exact time of the occurrence,
and ask them to look for errors in the server's event log.
