I'm trying to use the "upload file", cause my customer needs to attach a
file in the website. So when a try to create a new folder and change it's
properties FP won't let me, the properties are dimmed. This way the folder
won't accept uploaded files and I don't have where to send them.

Either you haven't first opened a FrontPage Web site, or
you've set your browser capabilities too low.

Be sure to open the site by choosing Open Web or Open Site
from the file menu, and then edit your page.

Once you're doing that, choose Page Options from the Tools
menu. Then:

o In FP2003, click the Authoring tab, set the three
drop-down boxes to Complete, Custom, and IE5, and
then select all the check boxes.

o In FP2002, click the Compatibility tab, set the
three drop-down boxes to Custom, and then select all
the check boxes.
