File, Tools, Edit etc missing from Windows folders and My Computer

Thanks for your reply but this is not the problem. If you open a folder and it is not maximised or eve n if it is there are no navigation keys ie BACK, FORWARD and there is no File, Edit, View etc. All I get is a window with the titlebar so I have to open a new window for each subfolder as I cannot use the BACK and FORWARD buttons. The web view is enabled in the Folder options.
