The toolbar (all of it, buttons, address, file+edit etc.) is missing when opening a folder on the desktop. Last thing we did was install software for a usb flash card, which shouldn't have changed anything. All those toolbars are there and working when I open Windows Explorer, but not when I open a folder of something. I don't want to have to open Explorer and then browse for folders just so I can use toolbars. I know how to add and remove them from the View menu, but that of course is missing as well.
