File taking up all memory!!

When I start my computer, the tcpsvcs.exe is taking up
all of my memory. When I disable it, it goes back to
normal. Is there anyone that knows how to fix this
problem or any suggestions?? Thanks

Either get rid of the extra TCP services you've opted to load (print
server, DHCP server, simple TCP/IP, etc.) or live with the delay as it
starts those services.
