File size incorrectly reported

I did a system tools defrag. There were a bunch of files that it reported
could not be defragmented. These included a number of OE .dbx files that
were reported as huge, when I don't think they should be. For instance, in
outlook express, my deleted items folder is empty, but the defrag report
showed that is was 223MB with 1,038 fragments. What's causing this? Other
OE files were similar.

Hello Scott,

You might want to compact the folders that seem to occupy a lot of space.
