File security

What is suggested in keeping files private while still keeping others access
to my computer. files are primarely e-mail or word doc. Outlook password
(.pst)restriction is not an option. Thanks. Sergio

Sorry. This is a newsgroup dedicated to questions about Access, the
database program in Office Professional. It appears your question may not
be related to these subjects. The Microsoft help system is not all that
clear and may have misdirected you here.

It is best to ask your questions in a newsgroup dedicated to the

I don't know buy if you set up different users, I believe Outlook only
shows the current user's data. However I don't believe it is very good
security.
