File re-name

Hello all,
Does XP home have a tool in it that lets you re-name many
files at the same time. For example, if i have lots of
images taken with my digital camera, but all get the
default name of 0001.jpg when i download them to the
computer.

I have looked, but found nothing. I fear I may be just
looking past it.

You can rename multiple files all at once: Select a group of files, right-click the first file, and select “Rename”. Type in a name for the first file, and the rest will follow.
