Hi, there,
I had a problem when I visit some directories. The error
occured and the Windows VC debugging mode appeared
automatically. After I close the debugging window, the
explorer terminated by itself.
I tried to solve the problem. I found this probelm may be
associated with the "open with" option of some files. For
example, for TIFF image file, there are a lot of formats
that can not be opened by one certain program. I delete
the "open with" option for TIFF file type, the error
dissapeared.
However, I think this may be a bug in WindowsXp, because
this error won't appear in the previous Windows version.
And the image should be displayed NULL rather than causing
the system unstable.
Is this a bug of WinXP? Are there other ways to solve this
problem because I still want to associate TIFF files with
certain software to "open with"?
Any suggestion will be appreciated,
Julia
