"file not found" with Target Designer at build time

I've been trying to build an XPE image with Target Designer. The
dependency check work perfectly but at build time I get "file not
found" for every single component. The "Repositories" folder in
"C:\Windows Embedded Data\" seems to have the required files but
Target Designer is unable to use them. Any ideas? Thanks

Paul,

Do you have any AV software installed and running on the dev machine?
What version of the WSH you've got? (unlikely your problem, though)

Paul, this happened to me a few weeks back... don't know why.

Open Component Database Manager and check the Repository tab and see if the
paths there point to your repository.

In my case, every path somehow got clobbered and after editing them, all is
fine.

This happened to me after installing SP2 on the Dev Machine. Haven't fixed
it yet.

I had the same thing happen a couple of times when I was disconnected
from a network. Reconnecting my dev machine to a network solved the
problem.

I later looked in DM and found the paths were UNC names. I changed
them to local names and haven't had the problem since.
