File icons in tree view list

Is there a way to set up explorer so it will list files, in the left
panel tree view (not only on the right panel), just as they were
folders or zip files (obviously with a different icon)?

If not, do you know of any explorer-like software that will do this?

I know kde konqueror for linux does this, but I havn't found a win32
version of it.

Tools/Folder Options - uncheck use simple view.
Tools/Folder Options - use Classic Folders.

I would like my tree view to be like this:

collapsed
[+]---- FOLDER1
[+]---- FOLDER2

non-collapsed view
[-]---- FOLDER1
- FILE1
- FILE2
[-]---- FOLDER2
- SUBFOLDER1
- FILE1
- FILE2
- FILE3

You would need some 3rd party "File Explorer" to do that.
