file from form

This is related to a previous question, but I am now trying to solve the
problem differently. I work offline and then publish to a remote site. What
is the correct way for me to access the information in the files created by
forms? I tried to copy a file by right-clicking on it while viewing my
remote site, but it doesn't seem to paste anywhere. I am afraid to click on
that blue left arrow that will publish back to my offline site before I get
an answer here... is that what I am supposed to do? (I know I have to mark
the offline site files to be not published.)

What I ultimately need to do is to get those files to another person on a
regular basis.

I think that you should copy files from remote site to your local site.
 
Yes. Choose the file, click that button/arrow and it will transfer to your
computer.
