file/folder properties

I just installed SP2 and i noticed that when i want to check the properties
of folder or folders it no longer work or displayed/invoked.

Can someone give me how?

By the way, before i installed the SP2, it works fine.

Uninstall the SP2 and retry. If it now works well again, exit all
applications before you re-apply SP2.
