Can't display folder properties/share

I'm running WinXP Pro and recently installed SP2.

When I try to display folder properties (i.e. right
click, select Properties), nothing happens. Similarly, if
I try to share a folder, nothing happens.

It was working before SP2.

I also have the same problem, and don't know how to fix it. Is there a
solution for it?
