File Extensions

When I try to open web page files that have a different extension (.IRPT) it
goes through an RTF to HTM Translation and I only get the code. Even when I
go to display it shows the code. I don't see the Web layout.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Frontpage 2003. What is causing this
Translator to kick in

You need to configure FP to work with .irpt files.
