File Encryption

I had a crash and the only thing I could recover on my PC was the data on
Drive D:. However this data is encrypted with Window XP Pro. Is there any
way to recover this data? I also see in the data there is something called
My Pass and the Icon looks like a brownish sqare with a key. Is this maybe
the encryption key? If so, how do I use this key to decrypt the data.
Otherwise is there any solution to recover the data, even with a third party
software as the data is very valnureable to me.

If the data is truly encrypted, there is no 3rd party solution.
Assuming Windows was on the crashed C, what you need was probably also
there.
If you want your data back, you need the original keys or profile.
They can not be recreated after the fact.
