When trying to click on the "hard drive" icon to download
files, I do not get the "Save As" dialog box. The status
bar pauses for a couple seconds, then progresses to finish
as if it has completed the download. No files have been
downloaded, nor did I get the dialog box (no errors
either). I can download files from Microsoft.com and
similar sites, but when accessing data sites to download
excel or CSV files from any app that has the icon tool bar
(Hard drive, printer, ...), I can preview the report but
can't download it. I have tried the same procedure from
another PC here and it works fine, so it must be a setting
on my PC. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
