Hi
I was wondering if anyone knows a way to control what appears in the file dialog box in the left pane. In Office, there are links to History, My Documents, Desktop, Favorites, and My Network Places. In other applications the options are a bit different but similar (My Recent Documents, Desktop, My Documents, My Computer and My Network Places)

See <a href='http://pwp.ibl.bm/~macgillivary/xp/xpoffice_filedialog.jpg'>here</a> for an image of what I'm talking about

I would like the ability to place some other options in there, such as Program Files, System32 etc . . .

I've looked for a folder with a similar function as "Send To" which would allow me to put shortcuts in a particular folder and have them appear in that left pane but I've had no success with that attempt.

I'm sure somebody out there has figured a way to do this and I would be very happy to know how.

Thanks in advance

MVPS rules!! Used to use mvps quite a bit for Access related stuff. Great site

I guess I need to re-learn how to search the kb. Sorry for the apparently obvious question

Thank you, very much appreciated
