File colomn/Tool bars suddenly disappeared

When I was scanning some data into my PC with a barcode
scanner, the file colomn on the Tool bars suddenly
disappeared, I can not use those functions as:
"save, save as, print, ......"

My PC works in our company's LAN, with good security
concern and virus protection.

Please tell me how to recover this.
