File can not be deleted

I created a DVD image file using Nero.
Every time I try to delete it I get the message saying it is in use by another
program.
I have opened and closed the file but still can not erase it.
Its $gigs soi any help I could get would be greatly appreciated.

Delete it in Safe Mode. Repeatedly tap the F8 key as the computer is
starting up and then use the arrow key to select Safe Mode.

if it still cant be deleted in safemode then download a programme
called killbox and that will do it for sure.

i have a problem similar to him, but ive tried everything, is a video, a
music video, and ive tried every single deleting tool but it stops
responding, i also tried killbox but it didnt work, can u please help me,
thank you, please write to ma email, (e-mail address removed) as soon as
