Writing & Deleting files from CDs-RW

1.In floppy, we could erase/replace particular files easily. But in
CDs-RW,probably these cannot be done. Nero asks for erasing the entire
disc.
Can we erase a particular file from RW-CDs?
2. In RW-CDs, once a file is saved by Copy -Paste, no further files can
be saved. It says, disc is full. How we can save files one after
another by Copy-Paste or otherwise?

If you install Nero's InCD, the CD-RW or DVD-RW is treated as if it were
just another hard drive. Individual files can be deleted or over written
easily.
