File Association Screwup?

Hi,
I have Windows XP Home with SP2; and now have a problem since my kids were
tinkering around while I wasn't home.

Each time I double click on any file folder; it automatically opens the file
with Paint Shop Pro; and the same occurence happens when I try to go to Start
-> Run; again with it opening up with Paint Shop Pro. I've gone into folder
options, and double checked that file folders, and folders are defaulted to
open; but it doesn't seem to work for me at all.

Can anyone offer some advice, I really don't want to have to go through the
trouble of reinstalling Windows XP if that's at all possible, and just so
everyone knows, I did try the system restore, but now I just have a nice and
faster computer, but still the same issue.

Thanks for any help!
Justin
