File and Setting Transfer Wizard

I have followed all the disrections and created a FASTWiz disk for my Windows
98 machine. When I install the disk and run FASTWiz I recieve an UNKOWN:This
program has perfomed an illegal operation and will be shut down error.
Therefore I can not load FASTWiz on my old computer, any suggestions?
 
Sure. Attach your old hard drive to the new box, and move (copy) files.
