File already in use

I have a file I cannot delete (an AVI) nor rename because
Win XP (SP1) on NTFS told me the file is already in use.
Even after a restart when i am sure the file is not used.

do you now how I can have a list of application that may
use the file ?
and how to remove it ?

oh.exe can tell you what process has a handle open to the file:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/techinfo/reskit/tools/existing/oh-o.asp

There's also Process Explorer form SysInternals.
