File Access Security - Dual Boot with both W2K Pro partition

How to control file access security on a dual boot
workstation with both partitions installed Windows 2000
Pro? One W2K environment for work C: and the other W2K for
home D:. For example, any ways to prevent file access to
the D: drive (home environment) when boot up from C: (work
environment)?
 
EFS (Encrypted Files System). Don't forget to export your private keys. Burn
them to e.g. CD and keep them in safe place if you decide to go with this
option...
