fields missing

when I import CSv data previously exported from BCM, there are fields that
are missing in the map. For instance, Accounts is not listed as a
destination field in the mapping process. Am I missing something in the
import process?

In general Account is a type not a field. You can import/export
Accounts and Business Contacts as CSV files. I don't think CSV
import/export preserves a Business Contact's parent Account. CSV is
mainly intended for getting Contact information in and out of BCM. If
you want to roundtrip (move information from one BCM to another) you
should use the BCM file format as that preserves almost all the
information in BCM.
