Fields displayed when using CTRL-K (checkname)

Hi there,

we are using Outlook 2003, and Exchange 2003

When we enter a string in the 'To' field in Outlook, and do a CTRL-K (or
click the check name field), the results which are reported do not, as
required, correspond to the name of the user/group. The results that are
pulled back from the GAL seem to reference other fields, such as office or
department. (see attached - forgive the inelegant blanking!)

For example:

- I enter 'Exeter' and press CTRL-K
- I require all users and groups starting with 'Exeter'
- Instead I get any user/group who is named Exeter, is based at the Exeter
office, or department is based at Exeter.

I wish to know if there is a way to restrict the checkname option to only
search user/group names, and not other fields so as reduce unneeded results

Thanks
