Hi,
After going through the reseal process and coping the image for deployment
is it required to enter the License key (From the sticker) on each cloned
image of XPe ?

No it is not required. You also don't have to activate. Also, you need to
make sure in TD (Settings - Run-time Image Licensing) that you enter your
valid PID, otherwise your OS image will expire.

As long as you have entered an appropriate PID in the Run-time Image
Licensing section of your XPe build you are licensed appropriately for all
builds. Ensure you are providing a license for each device as well (best to
read through the Additional Licensing Provisions For document provided by
whom you purchased your XPe licenses).
