FAXING

I AM LOOKING FOR A WAY TO DO FAXING WITH DSL. EVERY ONE I
SPEAK TO SAYS TO DO FAXING YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH A
MODEM. I AM ON DSL AND DON'T WANT TO HAVE LONG DISTANCE
CHARGES WITH EVERY FAX I SEND. DO ANY ONE OUT THERE KNOW
A FAX PROGRAM THAT IS COMPATABLE WITH DSL?

Just to let you know first, typing with the CAPS locked is hard to read and
is considered SHOUTING.

Fax has to use an anolog modem and phone line. On some DSL providers you can
obtain a filter to use with phone line to modem, if you have a anolog modem.
But you'll still get long distance charges if sent long distance. So no.

You can use a web based third party fax program, but it has a fee. So
either way yo gonna pay.
Maybe you could just email them a word doc.?
