Hi,

sorry for my bad language.

how can I send a fax without a contact in my contact-folder. I will only
send a fax from outlook at an fax-reciptient which had no entry in a
contact-folder.

Please, help me

Assuming you have configured Outlook to include the Fax Mail transport, you
can simply type the phone number into the To: field of a new message window.
Use one-off format when typing the number directly in the To: field:
[FAX:nnnnnnn], where the n's are the phone number exactly as you want it
dialed.

Hi Valentine,
thank you for this tip. I tried it, but with no success.
my OL will check the name of the reciptient. In the EMail-Options I had
deactivated the check-option.

Microsoft Fax?
Outlook 2003 doesn't work with Microsoft Fax. It only works with Windows XP
Fax and Windows 2000 Personal Fax.
