I have 1 phone line coming into the home wdifferent numbers, 1 # goes to
voice mail, 2#(has a special ring) goes to fax. I can not get fax to work on
my hp office jet 6110 when phone line plugged into 2nd line in back of
printer. And can not get voice mail to work if I plub phone line into 1st
line in back of printer. Is there a way to receive both voice mail and faxes
w/only one line coming into home?

The Office Jet setup should allow you to connect on a line with 'special ring
tone' for fax.

Read the manual.
