when I try to install my fax feature I get a message to insert sp2 cd. I do
not have that cd I downloaded sp2 from the microsoft site. How can I enable
the fax?

Try this: When prompted for the CD, redirect to the C:\Windows\i386
folder. ..could work, I guess..

no that did not work.

Stick your XP CD in and use that. It's not on the SP2 CD.
