Fax Wizard in Windows XP does not start

We have several computers in our office who share the same fax driver and are
using Windows XP for faxing documents. One of the workstations will not
start the Fax Wizard when sending a document to the Fax driver. It used to
work, but suddenly it quit starting the Fax Wizard. I have un-installed and
re-installed both the fax driver and the Windows XP Fax program. I have
also logged in as a new user on that workstation and still no luck. When I
send something to the Fax driver, it just stops.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks!

do these users have local credentials on the server? Has this one user's
credential's expired/become blocked?

They shouldn't be, they were all set up at the same time and everyone else's
is working fine except the one workstation. It worked fine before as well.
How can I tell if there are blocked or expired?

I don't know your exact setup... but I can't get my server to work unless I
have the workstation credentials duplicated on the server. (I have workgroup
PCs using a server which is part of a domain - workstations are not part of
the domain).
Creating a user on the server (local user list) defaults to a user who must
chagne their password or after a period (set by security policy) the user
will be disabled. Check the users on the server - blocked users are listed
with a little red icon.
I've listed questions here if anyone knows how to allow anonymous use of the
fax service but noone seems to know or have my problem.
Usually when I get a sudden change to someone's ability against a server I
check their user status.
Is your setup workgroup?/domain? anonymous?
