Fax viewer

I can no longer preview my fax messages or see the thumbnails. When I try to
open a multipage file I get a picture of only the first page and cannot
access the other page. The viewer is now showing as:MSFaxConsole TempPreview
XXXXXXXXXX.tif in Temp-Microsoft RAW Image Viewer. I have no idea how this
replaced the oroginal.

How do I restore the oroginal voewer?

Try this:

While in the MSFaxConsole TempPreview, click on View > Options, then click on
the Reset button for "Open all Tiff files with......"

You may have to close and reopen the Fax Console to effect the change.

There is no toolbar in the TempPreview screen. Even when I right clicl an
'options' link does not show.

Very strange. I wasn't referring to the Toolbar for it contains a View icon to
click on... I was referring to the menu bar, e.g., File, Edit, View, Window,
Help.

If you don't see either one of these, it sounds like you may not be accessing
the viewer properly or it's not installed correctly.

Try this: Open the Fax Console, then select the Sent Items folder. Select a fax
then press the enter key or click on the View icon or click on File > View. This
will launch the viewer with the selected fax.

Let me know if there was any difference in the viewer's content. If none, you
may have to uninstall and re-install the fax service.
