Fax to e-mail Tiff attachments

I cannot open TIFF attachments (fax to e-mail) anymore. I receive a message
in Microsoft Office Outlook which says "Can't create file: Message.tiff.
Right click the folder you want to create the file in, and then click
properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder."
I have no idea what this means????
 
And we have no idea what Outlook version or fax software you are using. Nor
did you clarify what you are actually doing with "(fax to email)."
 
I am using Outlook 2003, I am only receiving faxes, I do not use the program
to send faxes. My problem is I cannot open the Tiff attachments or save them.
I must have changed some permission somewhere as I was able to receive open
the attachments before.

It that case, it is likely your Outlook SecureTemp folder is full. Empty it.
