Can not open .TIFF attachments from Outlook2003.

I am unable to open or save a .tiff file from outlook 2003. These are faxes
that are directed to Outlook. I had no problem opening them until a week ago.
Still have no problems opening other attachements. The errors I get are:
Save: Outlook could not save file
Open: Cannot create file: message.tiff. Right click the folder you want to
create file in, and then click properties on the shortcut menu to check
permissions for the folder.
I have been able to open other .tiff files with no problem and these faxes
can open on other computers, therefore the problem has to be with Outlook.

I have run the detect and repair . and have tried to reload office but the
problem still persists. Has anyone come across this problem and know how to
fix it. TIA

Secure Outlook Temp Folder problem. Close Outlook. Click Start>Run and
enter "cmd" (without the quotes, of course) in the Open field. Click OK.

In the windows that opens, enter

cd %UserProfile%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet FIles
dir /a

Look for a folder whose name starts with OLK. Delete that folder like this:

rmdir /q /s OLKxxx

(where "xxx" matches what you saw above). Close the command prompt window
with the command "exit", restart Outlook and try again.
