Fax setup

I'm getting an error message that says cannot find
fxsapi.dll not found after trying to install the fax
feature for XP from the CD

Try uninstalling the fax features, re-booting the computer, and
re-installing the fax features.

I have same problem. Followed advice (Control Panel -
Add/Remove Windows components - proceeded with 'Fax
services' unticked - reboot - Control Panel - Add/Remove
Windows components - proceeded with 'Fax services'
ticked). Problem persists.
Please advise.
