Try following directions in Help and Support for installing the FAX Console.
You likely have a I386 folder {such as \windows\I386} with a copy of your
original installation files and do not need the CD. If you have a I386
folder and are still asked for the CD, try browsing to that folder when
asked for the CD. Also, Windows XP when installing additions like the FAX
Console, does not check that you are using the CD used to install. So try
borrowing a Windows XP CD of the same edition.
If your Windows XP came preinstalled and your OEM provided a Windows XP,
call them for a replacement.
