Fax server info cannot be retrieved

I recently installed Windows 2003 server. I installed the fax. It seems to work fine except for one workstaion. I install the fax printer. It installs with no error msgs. When I select fax as a printer a message appears "Fax server information cannot be retrieved. The fax wizard will close now." The client is Windows 2000 Pro as are all the others.
Any suggestions
