Fax/Printer

I am running Word 2007 in Vista Home Premium and want to use my fax modem as
I did with my old Win XP and Word 2003 using "Send to fax recipient...".

I am told I need to set up my modem (Creative - ModemBlaster) as a printer.
Can anyone tell me how to do that. I haven't a clue and have looked the Help
& Support until my head aches.

Did you receive a software disk with the modem. It should contain a
driver that can be installed.

In lieu of that, try the manufacturer's WEBsite or support desk for a
driver, and info.

That requires software. Since there is no fax applet on Vista Home Premium,
you need third party software in order to take advantage of your modem's fax
capabilities. Some modems come with such software. If your system came
with Vista pre-installed, check your modem documentation to see if they
provided fax software for your modem. If you installed Vista on your
computer, even if the modem has such software, it might not be compatible
with Vista.
