Fax pending

I tried to fax through Microsoft fax console, the status column shows '
PENDING' and nothing happens after that. I am using VOIP phone and high speed
internet (ultralite). I need help and thanks in advance for any help.

FAX is a service assessible only via the good ol' telephone modem. There
are however, FAX gateways on the Net that will forward your FAX...

Irrelevant. Faxing doesn't use the Internet. You can send "data" over the
Internet to fax hosts that will take that data to transmit via telephone,
but you didn't mention subscribing to eFax or using http://www.tpc.int/.

Add a fax-capable modem to your computer.
