Fax notification

Dear ALL,
Unfortunately the FAX delivery notification NO WORKS on new message
sended by Outlook 2003 and the message sended by fax comes on "sent items"
folder with the "from field" blank.
PS: Client - If I (auction/resend this message) resend an old message
(imported from the old Outlook 2002) the delivery notification WORK WELL!
PS: Client - If I print a message with SBS2003 FAX the delivery notification
WORK WELL!
PS: Client - If I open the Fax Console the client ask to install a new
modem!
PS: Server - The Rules on Microsoft Fax Service Manager are ok as previous
messages posted.
