FAX not work with cover [win2003+terminal server]

My win2003 installed terminal server.

The Fax function is work well， except i pick a cover while fax
something out. It generate error 1801 in the event log.

I have reinstall my server twice, same problem occur.

Plz help me!

The situation is not clear. Are you trying to fax over a terminal session?
There are some issues with using Fax over a Terminal Session.
