Fax Console

I have installed the Windows Fax program several times,
but I don't seem to have the fax console. I am looking
under accessories, communication, fax, but the fax folder
is empty. Any suggestions?

Is your analog fax modem on the Windows XP HCL list?
What messages do you get when you install Fax?
What shows in Event viewer?

Try and check if "Fax" is now listed as one of your
printers. If so, you should be able to get into it from
there.
