How can I print incoming fax from Fax Console using
Windows XP at more than 200dpi. This is the max I can
select on console

Two hundred dots per inch is the maximum quality of most transmitted
faxes. It will not offer any improvement to print at a higher
quality. It's equivalent to displaying a sixteen color image at
true color depth. You will only see sixteen colors no matter how
many colors your monitor will display.
