Favorites website list?

I can't find a button for "Favorite Websites list. Outlook 02 had it in the
navigation pane.
 
It was removed from the menus in outlook 2003 (it's a mail client/pim, not a
browser :)) tools, customize - look on the menu bar category for it. You
can create a shortcut to the favorites and add it to the shortcut pane.
